Greenhouse Construction

The greenhouse frame is constructed from prefabricated members that are bolted 'finger-tight' by the erection team. As the roof assembly is attached, the glazing team utilizes this flexibility to square the spans to within 1/16 of an inch. Once the aluminum extrusions are bolted in place and the glass panels installed, the come-along can be removed. Additional side bracing on the perimeter walls also help maintain the correct shape as the roof is completed.
