The final sheet of 4 mil plastic vapor barrier is installed just as the concrete trucks arrive for the morning pour. The electric conduits in the foreground are located in the main mechanical room of the 6,000 square foot headhouse. The large circular top located in the floor is the sewage grinder pump that services the restrooms and processing facilities.
