Workers install an interior board of rigid polystyrene insulation that will be located under the concrete floor and extend 2 feet inside the perimeter wall. The inner foundation wall is also lined with a two inch sheet of insulation to a depth of 18 inches. Floor drains are covered and preparations are completed for pouring concrete the next day.
