The greenhouse gutter systems is fabricated of galvanized steel by Rough Brothers Inc. in Ohio using U.S. steel. The entire run of a single gutter has no overlapping pieces. This joint illustrates the splice with gutter braces connected to the upright post that supports the gutter. The joint between the gutter pieces is glazed with a rubber gasket material installed between the outside gutter wall and the braces.
Notice the small aluminum condensation gutter installed beneath the steel gutter assembly. Spaced just below the steel gutter, this trough collects condensation from the glass panels and gutter to prevent drips on plant material inside the greenhouse.
