The Rough Brothers, Inc. erection team establishes the baseline, roof pitch, and marks the location of piers for concrete footers. External footers are engineered 24 inches wide and 4 feet deep. Internal footers are 24 inches wide and 3 feet deep. Over 520 posts must be placed within 1/16th of an inch across the 2.5 acre Greenhouse complex.
