Dean Carroll and Chaunelle Orr utilize GIS technology to determine land use changes on selected sites in 5 counties on the Eastern Shore. Working as an independent team, the students were given year-round supplemental employment to complete additional sites as part of the Maryland Landuse Survey conducted by the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS/USDA).
