UMES undergraduates ( Dean Carroll and Chaunelle Orr) serve as summer interns for experiential learning with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS/USDA) during the summer of 1997. Working in the Wicomico County Office, the students are working with GIS technology as part of the state statistical landuse survey.
