Mt. Vernon's resident fish hawks, or osprey, nest each spring in the steeple of Asbury Church, the site of the Fish Hawk Festival's final rest stop.
The ride starts from the new Student Services Center on the beautiful campus of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.

Quiet, winding Perryhawkin Road will take you straight from Princess Anne to the byways of Somerset County. (50 and 62 mile routes).
